Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Cowgirl Summer uses USPS for all orders. If you are worried about the timing of an order you can always reach out and we will confirm the amount of days based on the address and can also update to a faster shipping method.

Order Processing Time

Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Return Policy

All of our items run true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description, to get the best fit as possible. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, return shipping is a flat rate of $5.50 and you will receive either a refund or store credit.

We have a 14-day (two week) return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cowgirlsummerllc@gmail.com and we will give you the return address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
